Best online tools for startups
In part I and part II we managed to collect some of the best online tools useful for small businesses. Well, there is more. In third part of our ‘Best online tools’ cycle we wrote about Steak, Asana, Evernote, Scrivener and Mural.ly. Hopefully this article will be useful for your business.
Are you in need for an e-mail management online tool? Streak might be a great solution for you. It’s definitely one of the best CRM tools allowing user to manage messages, contacts etc. It’s compatible with Gmail, so you won’t have to use separate app to log into.
Streak will help you with managing projects and deals, scheduling e-mail sending and so much more. Really useful tool in nearly every kind of business.
One of other great qualities of Streak is its affordability. Free version gives you variety of options and ability to manage unlimited number of boxes and e-mail tools. For slightly more (19$/month) Streak offers few additional options concerning linked boxes. Remaining versions – Most popular (corporate plan) – 39$/month and enterprise – 119$/month.
Is it worth it? Depends on your work, but checking out free trial, in our opinion, is a great idea.
Free task and project management tool? Asana is constantly updated, uses both IOS and Android apps and still develops new functionalities. Interface is very intuitive, so your employees shouldn’t have any problems with using it.
Structure your projects, milestones and checklists with just a few clicks. Unless you are working with more than 15 people, Asana is absolutely free. In the other case it’s 63$/month (when billed annually).

Have you ever had a problem with collecting information? Sometimes you find a really great site or article, but don’t have time to focus on it? Well, Evernote is just what you needed.
This simple tool not only allows you to gather information in orderly fashion, but also has some very useful functionalities. For example, you can strip text from all elements other than the body content, so you can read without any distractions. Evernote clipper is also worth mentioning – another great tool for online research.
As for pricing, there are 3 options – Free, which offers all of Evernote’s most important functionalities; Plus, more upload space and more tools; Premium – unlimited uploads and all Evernote tools.
One of the best text editors. Period. It gives you vast number of researching, outlining, composing and editing tools for your projects. Are you planning to write a white book, e-book or just a longer publication? Scrivener will make it look easy (at least from the technical point of view).
Reasonable price is another great advantage of the Scrivener. One 40$ payment and this great text editor is yours forever. Many renowned authors recommend Scrivener as their choice (list of those authors here).
Your team can’t meet up to engage in a brainstorming session? Mural.ly is an online tool solving this problem. Using it allows you to gather your team’s ideas in a visual form. Collect your Pinterest pins, notes, drawings and so on using Mural.ly. Great tool for your team.
